Every one considers his / her own intellect as some thing to recon with, therefore by an large every one is an intellect (but a pseudo intellect) to that
mens sana in corpore sano - as the age old Latin adage goes - therefore know thy body, mind and soul.
The mind and soul also dies without proper food and nutrition.
